People & Mountains is the newsletter of the West Virginia Humanities Council. Designed to promote the humanities statewide in West Virginia, it is published three times a year and mailed to nearly 6,000 households, libraries, museums, colleges and universities, and nonprofit organizations in West Virginia and beyond.
