To unveil the new history plaque amenities for Star City's public park, a ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held by the Town of Star City, the plaque development team, and the organizations who supported plaque development (Upper Monongahela River Association, Morgantown North Rotary Club, Morgantown Area Paddlers, and the WV Humanities Council). After introductions and brief presentations, tours of the plaques will be conducted as informational brochures are handed out. Light refreshments will be served.
