Acclaimed authors and historians Andrew Burstein and Nancy Isenberg will lecture on the topic of their newest book, "Dissent from Democracy: The Presidents Adams versus Jefferson, Jackson, and the Cult of Personality," as part of the Simon Perry Center's Amicus Curiae Lecture Series on Constitutional Democracy at Marshall University. The lecture is free and open to the public. From I-64, take Exit 11 (Hal Greer Blvd); take Hal Greer Blvd. to 5th Ave. Turn right onto 5th Ave., stay in right lane; facility parking lot is on right. Handicap accessible.
