The Amicus Curiae Lecture Series on Constitutional Democracy presents noted scholars to speak to various issues of historical and contemporary significance related to our Constitution and the values it embodies. Healy is Professor of Law at Seton Hall University College of Law. He teaches and writes about Constitutional Law and First Amendment Law.
