This free public event will feature a lecture by Joe Dumire of the Tucker County Historical Society, snacks and beverages, and a chance to see replicas of the historic rail trail signs themselves, which will be on display at both Piccolo Paula's Caffe and the second floor of the Tucker County Courthouse.
