This free symposium is part of the year-long "Wheeling 250" series of events, celebrating the anniversary of the first permanent settlement in Wheeling. Three separate lectures, given by two noted historians and a legal expert, will be held in the historic birthplace of the state. A light lunch will be provided on site. This free public event should appeal to older students and adults. The building has an elevator for handicap accessibility. Limited on-site parking plus free, adjacent street parking.
