Presentation is one of nine lectures that comprise the Focus on History strand of the Capon Bridge Founders Day Festival, a two day festival held at the Capon Bridge Fire Grounds in Capon Bridge, WV. Talks will be held in the dining hall, tents, and the pavilion. Held in the Dining Hall this talk features the role of music in Frontier life including tunes brought from England and tunes development in the colonies. Capon Bridge Fire Grounds are located on the main route, Route 50. Admission is free; signage directs to handicap parking and parking lots with free shuttle to festival grounds.
