Brett Bruen, Director of Global Engagement for the White House responsible for public diplomacy programs from 2013-2015, will speak on the topic of how to secure our democracy and elections, as well as how to enhance U.S. global leadership, in an age of extremism. He is currently the President of the Global Situation Room and teaches at Georgetown University. This event is part of the Amicus Curiae Lecture Series at Marshall University's Simon Perry Center for Constitutional Democracy.
