The Simon Perry Center for Constitutional Democracy will partner with the Dr. Carter G. Woodson Lyceum for an Amicus Curiae Lecture by the Honorable Robert Wilkins, Judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit. Judge Wilkins was instrumental in pushing forward the initiative for the Smithsonian Institution’s Museum for African-American Culture and History and has written a book about this.
