The 2016 Upper Ohio Valley Festival of Books and the Wheeling Arts and Cultural Commission proudly present celebrated West Virginia novelist Jayne Anne Phillips, who will read from her acclaimed novel Quiet Dell. Jayne Anne is the recipient of a Guggenheim Fellowship, two National Endowment for the Arts Fellowships, and a Bunting Fellowship. She is Distinguished Professor of English and Director of the Rutgers Newark MFA Program at Rutgers-Newark University.
